Ah, I see the C3 states aren't being used.  If you are playing mp3s or
have usb enabled in your kernel, they won't be used (because we can't use
them when bus mastering transfers are active.)  Try making usb a module
and not loading it and test this again.

I've been working on a change to USB to disable polling for devices when
we are attempting to sleep in idle but this may take a while.
