I've made some changes to libstand/bootp.c and they are available
for evaluation/comments/critics at:

short desc.:
o the bootp request now does a vendor-specific-request FreeBSDc
instead of PXEClient.
o dhcp options are placed in the env. as dhcp.option-name
o FBSD options are placed in the env as is.
