Hi, it took a bit longer before I could test this on the very same machine where I found the problem. I updated first FreeBSD and then the ports. Yes, the problem is gone. I will go off-line now with this machine again and do some work there. It should not be that much but it will be with the same set of programs. So, a real-life test. If you hear nothing from me anymore, the problem is gone.
