Install the misc/zoneinfo port, which will install an updated zoneinfo
file on your
machine, and then run tzsetup(8) to update /etc/localtime.
I think that's the info I was looking for. I ran tzsetup, but of course that
did no good. I'll install the port first. Thanks.
