I could recommend the "Alvarion BreezeNet B100" (or the B300). However, they are working in the 3.8 GHz and 5.0-5.8 GHz Band but have a range up to 40km (25miles). Here in Germany I have payed 3800 Euro for a complete 100 Mbit Bridge.
