Hello Chris, While I've been using kMail for a long time as my mail-client of choice, there should be something to fit your needs. What about Mozilla? Or Thunderbird? I'm not sure, but maybe there is a mail-client written in Java? I'd try Mozilla or Thunderbird. I'm not sure if there is a FreeBSD version of Thunderbird (I don't think so...), but since I've heard many good things about FreeBSD's Linux-emulation it should be possible to make it run on FreeBSD. Mozilla is available for FreeBSD via packages (it's included on the install disc, I think), Thunderbird is available at www.mozilla.org. If that don't work, you can use VNC or something, or else install a ssh-client on your windows-box and run the mail-client remotely on your FreeBSD-box. I understand you need a solution for at home, not for your workplace. Hope it helps, kind regards, Benjamin - -- Benjamin Walkenhorst eMail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] homepage: http://www.krylon.de -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.2 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Public Key available at http://www.krylon.de iD8DBQE/RM3ZoYumWdMvhMQRAmGfAJ9V2dVYmxAb9oS+6m/4AFNLy7PajQCggeYi tlGqEMLzQnmVHi7Gl1FbfXQ= =HN6u -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing list http://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-questions To unsubscribe, send any mail to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"
