Lookup results are cached anyway; it's just the seeding of the root (which 
also has to happen when you don't transfer the root zone as a whole, but only 
singular records from it) which this applies to. As the zone has a timeout, 
so do the contained records, which you'll also have to refetch after their 
TTL expires.
