Olá Éderson,
Eu nao posso mudar isto pois funcionaria somente aqui pro meu servidor.
O problema são clientes que usam FTPs externos, por exemplo, corretoras de
seguro que usam aqueles softwares das empresas e eles já vem com FTP
configurado e transmitem os dados direto para as empresas via FTP.
Isto nao funciona aqui de jeito nenhum.
