Yani benim içn sorun olan cgi'ın execute olma süresi değil sql serverin meşguliyeti. Bu durumda bir opcode generator kullanmalı mıyım? PHP dışında diller için opcode generate eden framework var mı? Rails ya da Merb üzerinde böyle bir özellik kullanabilir miyim?
