        в подразделе lan только сетевые настройки...

    А ip-адрес это не сетевые настройки?)



Мне нужно изменить IP в списке доступа (ACL). C каких IP я разрешаю 
коннектиться в IPMI.

Увы, посмотреть негде. Возможно, что такого и не предусмотрено в ipmitool.



    ipmitool lan print <n> покажет вам сетевые настройки канала, в
    т.ч. и ip

    ipmitool lan set  - позволит их поменять (в т.ч. и ip)
