no, CW doesn't have a hex editor. But on InfoMac I found:
<http://hyperarchive.lcs.mit.edu/HyperArchive/Archive/dev/hexedit-120.hqx>
which seems to be a newer version of the program I used to be using
before I upgraded my MacOS and accidentally trashed it.
