Details:
I tried to test tutorial at sdl client. It turned out that it does not show
popup messages. It prints "1: popup_notify_goto_dialog() PORT ME" and actual
message to console. Tutorial messages are popups by default.
There seems to be no way to change message preferences from sdl client. But
presumably if you change your settings in another client and then use sdl
client, you end losing all messages you have set as popups.
