Can you please check this modified ruleset?
Content changes:
- Added Alienòr d'Aquità nia and Felipa Maude to leaders
- Catharism got a capital c
Other things which will show in the diff but don't affect content:
- line breaks before 80 characters in legend
- line breaks between leaders

If Joan okays this, please use it instead of the Occitan ruleset you've
linked to. All other files remain the same.
