I'm not sure if this is the proper procedure, so please forgive me if it's
not.
I have created two more nations: Andorran and Occitan. I posted them on the
forum (here <http://forum.freeciv.org/viewtopic.php?t=4527> and
here<http://forum.freeciv.org/viewtopic.php?t=5534>)
last year and nobody complained. So perhaps they can be added in 2.2?
