Attached patches do:
* in trunk: if you cancel alliance this turn, it will print a message like "I
would like to see you keep your distance from A for some time" like you
suggested.
* in S2_1: to don't add strings to translate, just always agree the treaty if
the player has no more allied with enemy players.
