Details:
start freeciv 2.2.0 on windows vista (or XP)
selecting catalan nation. All the rest of choices default.
begin game, first city built Barcelona.
next, build colons. the rest of the built cities are:
Tarragona
LLeida
Girona
Ripoll
Perpinyà
just creating Perpinyà the freeciv-gtk2.exe hangs
i think is caused by à character on the city name. Catalan cites could
contain àéèiòóu ïü charset.
the same error appears on freeciv 2.0.10 release.
