The savegame changes are available in the following patches:
[01/03] patch #1479: use cm_result_from_main_map() as wrapper for
cm_result_copy()
[02/03] patch #1480: remove pcity->city_map
[03/03] patch #1230: save worked tiles from main map
I did miss patch #1229: use new logging in cm_print_result() in the list in
comment #11
I plan to wait till after patch #1476 is applied; after that I will rebase
all of these patches and would like to discuss (and apply) them.
