Summary: unneccessary map window moving and map redraw for
long terrain strings

The left window pane (worldmap, general + current unit + current tile
information) dynamically changes its width for long terrain types:
Grassland (Ressources) [Pollution]
or improvement lists:
This is triggering a full map redraw which is rather slow (about one second -
should this be a bug report too?) and especially annoying if you are just
moving a unit through such a tile because it happens twice and map window
unneccessarily moves the area you currently see.
Can't these long strings be wrapped?
