I think I'll commit this anyway; it doesn't do any harm to hook these
quantities into the plural system, and some other language may not have this
loophole.
As I said, it'll cause a few fuzzies in .po files on S2_2, but update-po
seems to do the right thing so it won't actually decrease the quality of
existing translations.
