Details:
While in the worklist, I often find myself going to the built-in help just to
remind myself what the per-turn upkeep for a building is.
We thought it would be good to use the "Info" column of the worklist for
this. This contains combat stats for units, and wonder status for wonders,
but is currently blank for ordinary improvements.
(While the "Info" column isn't especially intuitive, containing as it does
unlabelled information of different sorts, unless and until we have the
energy to revamp it, this seems like a reasonable use of the space. It's also
analogous to the name+upkeep table on the city Overview tab.)
