Follow-up Comment #1, bug #15908 (project freeciv):
IIRC, the 'char' type can be unsigned by default in some configurations, so
this warning is maybe right in some cases. Does it removes the warnings if
you add the 'signed' keyword before 'char' in the definition of the
structure.
