Follow-up Comment #1, patch #1698 (project freeciv):
How do you think about this version? Reduced the layout to four heads and two
swords plus the human figure. Any more than that and the rendered png flag
ended up a gray blot.
BTW, the heads are borrowed from the flag of Corsica, a PD image from OCAL.
