Follow-up Comment #1, bug #16250 (project freeciv):
I don't understand at all how it works, neither how it is supposed to work.
Actually, the "deep" sprite looks to have no effect, as well as the "ocean"
one. The graphics for ocean is supposed to be "coast" and the one for deep
ocean "floor". Those sprite are defined in hext2/overlay.spec. Unfortunately,
I don't understand why they have exactly the same effect whereas they are
supposed to don't use the same graphic.
