Follow-up Comment #3, bug #16548 (project freeciv):
I agree with pepeto.
There's one argument I'd like to add, namely the slippery slope.
At the moment we're not passing judgment on any of the people we include;
when we start exluding people for being evil that may lead people to conclude
that we actually endorse the leaders that are included. It will also lead to
discussions for every controversial leader, which is also something we'd
better avoid.
