Details:

I'm working on Freeciv translation into Indonesian. There are words which
can't be translated into Indonesian. They're "st", "nd", "rd", and "th". In
Indonesian, there's no such numbering system. To 'declare' ordinal number, we
use "ke" + <number> (e.g. kedua for second, ketiga for third). Except for
"first", it is translated as "Pertama". So how to solve this problem?
