Follow-up Comment #1, bug #17333 (project freeciv):
The attached savefile (for trunk) demonstrates the bug. If the Nigerian Armor
takes the Hellene city of Athena, without the patch, both the Palace and
Colossus reappear in Peiraias. With the patch, only the Palace is saved.
This bug isn't relevant to 2.0.x and older.
