Details:
The multiplayer ruleset (based on 'rewonder') forked from the default some
time ago. Since then, there have been a few improvements to the default
ruleset docs that have not been reflected in the multiplayer ruleset. As a
result, some of the multiplayer documentation is inaccurate, and there are
more strings for translators than there need to be.
There are also some inaccuracies specific to the multiplayer documentation.
I'll fix the uncontroversial ones here, and raise other bugs for issues where
it's not clear whether it's the documentation or implementation that should be
changed.
Inaccuracies:
* Leonardo's Workshop is not restricted to same continent (and cannot be,
currently) (acknowledged here
<http://forum.freeciv.org/viewtopic.php?t=5815&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=30>)
* Police Station / Women's Suffrage miscounted units
* Trade route effects of techs still mentioned
* Electricity still referred to Colosseum
* Helicopter still referred to UN effect
* Caravan still referred to trade route
* Settlers didn't mention Fundamentalism upkeep
Alignment with other rulesets:
* patch #1459: clarify which buildings/wonders help with military
unhappiness
* buildings: remove text that (sometimes wrongly) duplicates autogenerated
text (river required, etc)
* Elephants, Crusaders, and Fanatics descriptions copied from civ2 (no new
strings)
