You forgot to update the ruler_title field to the 2.3 format! Server sez:
1: "Ghana" male ruler title for nation "Ghana" (nb 129) is not a format. It
should match "%s"
1: "Ghana" female ruler title for nation "Ghana" (nb 129) is not a format. It
should match "%s"
1: Translation of "Ghana" male ruler title for nation "Ghana" (nb 129) is not
a format ("Ghana"). It should match "%s"
1: Translation of "Ghana" female ruler title for nation "Ghana" (nb 129) is
not a format ("Ghana"). It should match "%s"
