Details:
Salish peoples - Native Americans in northwestern USA and Canada.
City list contains only tribe names, but I'd say about half of them have
turned into actual toponyms in places like British Columbia and Washington
State so it makes sense semantically.
Cities and leaders are in anglicized forms.
Flag is a Pacific Northwest stylized salmon - a traditional symbol of
abundance and prosperity. Based on PD clipart from the Open Clipart project.
