A first step for this one - line breaks for the long string of buildings
(after 80 characters).
> OR we should check if same building is providing multiple
> effects for same row and print it only once if it does.
If this is done, the information about the requirements for the individual
effect are losts (A, A+B, A+C, A+D would be A, B, C, D; but without A there
will be nothing ...)
