Follow-up Comment #1, bug #17746 (project freeciv):
I get error messages on the server console ("Ruleset directory "foo" not
found") if I specify a duff ruleset either interactively or in a script read
with "-r".
Was this a manually started server or a client-spawned one? Perhaps this is a
side effect of the fix for bug #15472?
