Follow-up Comment #3, bug #18044 (project freeciv):
I experimented a little bit with AI and trireme, and have to say that this
feature increases significantly the micro-management. I can unload the AI
units. However, if I cannot sail away from the shore, e.g., no shallow water,
certain units, like the explorer, jumps back into trireme because they move as
fast along the shore as the trireme does.
