Details:
I propose this patch only if patch #2764 is accepted making (hopefully)
temporary change to default metaserver address forward compatible.
As dns-problems currently make it impossible to use metaserver via
meta.freeciv.org address, this patch changes freeciv to access it via
meta.cazfi.net address instead. It's the same metaserver, this is just another
way to access it.
