Follow-up Comment #1, bug #18499 (project freeciv):
In the image, steam engine is researched. 3 turns a 109 bulbs are needed to
reach this tech (787 + 3*109 > 1103). For the research goal (Railroad) the
numbers are listed in the line of the corresponding selection box (3 steps;
2731 bulbs; 18 turns).
How do you get the number of 11 turns?
What I'm thinking about are 18 turns for 2731 bulbs - I think it should be 18
turns for 2731-787=1944 bulbs?!
