Follow-up Comment #1, patch #2984 (project freeciv):
good idea - all that makes the AI better is nice! At the moment I'm still on
holiday but I will check the patch as soon as possible.
Some comments:
- line length ;-)
- that's 'mwtw' in the log calls?
- should this be activated only for AI or for all alive players (as it is
now)?
- should tech_want_avg be the sum of the want for the techs? (perhaps I do
not get the logic at this point)
