Details:
When unit icon of unit that uses orientation graphics as icon fallback gets
partially redrawn in research dialog, that part may be from different
orientation than old parts. It seems that random orientation is chosen when
ever icon is redrawn. Orientation should be consistent over lifetime of
research dialog.
One workaround for S2_4 could be that we define icon graphics for cimpletoon
statically (fixed orientation instead of random), but I'm confident that this
will not be needed.
