Darn, didn't get round to this for 2.3.1.
Definitely for 2.3.2 though. New graphics attached (with more even
crenellation spacing).
(For the record, this is the first point at which
{ancient,medieval}cities.png differ from the Amplio versions -- moderncities
had already diverged due to new fortress/ruins.)
