Follow-up Comment #1, bug #19300 (project freeciv):
I just saw a series of these after using edit mode. But I didn't add/delete
any units... I did muck around with existing players' nations and create new
ones (in pursuit of this <http://forum.freeciv.org/viewtopic.php?t=7275>). But
I couldn't reproduce it.
