Follow-up Comment #5, patch #3069 (project freeciv):
In a sense, Liberia *is* the African-American nation. Some slaves that left
the Americas settled there, along with slaves that were found in ships during
the interim. I find it interesting that these former slaves quickly
monopolized the upper rungs of politics and business in the new country that
they modeled on the United States.
