<http://mail.gna.org/public/freeciv-i18n/2012-06/msg00012.html> a partial
bg.po based on S2_3 to -i18n. He warned he wouldn't be working on it for a
while. Let's get the initial file into svn.
The attached trivial patch brings bg.po into use. The bg.po file itself can be
found on -i18n.
