Follow-up Comment #11, bug #17843 (project freeciv):
So, this patch improves things. But it's not making it perfect. Not strictly
perfect behaviour is more of a norm in handling of effects, so I wonder what
we should do in relation to documentation added in patch #2768. Simply remove
it? It's somewhat fuzzy what exactly works after this patch, and what doesn't,
so updating the documentation accurately would not be easy. Safe option would
not touch documentation at all - it would list stricter limitations than
actually true, but that's not hurting ruleset authors as much as the opposite;
them designing rulesets that then do not work.
