Follow-up Comment #6, bug #18363 (project freeciv):
I also have the font color problem here using KDE 4.11.3 using Oxygen theme
(and oxygen-gtk2).
When running freeciv with
`GTK2_RC_FILES=/usr/share/themes/Raleigh/gtk-2.0/gtkrc freeciv-gtk2`
everything looks normal.
