Follow-up Comment #3, patch #4168 (project freeciv):
I notice that the France scenario has rivers in the Inaccessible terrain. Was
that deliberate? (New ticket if we change it, naturally.)
(I haven't thought of any actual problems it causes here, but if the scenario
used the experimental rather than default ruleset, I'd wonder what would
happen if Triremes sailed up that river.)
