Details:
We've been carrying this file unchanged since 2006. It appears to be a GPG
detached signature for the Estonian translation (et.po).
et.po has been updated many time since, both by the original translator (elmo)
to add new translations (e.g. r14640 in 2008), and automatically by make
update-po, so there's no chance that that cryptographic signature will verify
now.
I plan to remove it from svn soon unless anyone shouts otherwise.
