Follow-up Comment #5, bug #21547 (project freeciv):
- Add also gethostbyname() fallback. inet_addr() wasn't working as "localhost"
is unresolved name, not IP address like "127.0.0.1".
Tested all three implementations on linux by commenting macros out from
fc_config.h as needed.
