Details:
S2_4/S2_5/TRUNK:
- Announce trade route canceling also to the owner of the city considered the
one to cancel the route - player may not realize (s)he cancels old route even
when doing it, and in case of destination city of the new route it's third
party establishing the route that causes the cancelation.
S2_5/TRUNK
- Announce canceling no matter what's its reason, not only when route gets
replaced with better one
