Follow-up Comment #3, bug #22022 (project freeciv):

Yes, they all do precisely the same thing.  I just think explicitly checking
against an integer looks cleaner.  Whether it's !(0<...) or (0==...) is just
stylistic: if you don't agree, I certainly confirm that the patch as
originally posted fixes the bug, so no changes are required for application.
