Follow-up Comment #3, patch #3405 (project freeciv):
Terrain-dependent road and base times aren't visible in the online help.
Probably they should be in the individual help item, like unit-specific
veteran systems.
The "Road" column in the big table of times in the "Terrain Alterations" help
is the raw road_time, which might not apply to the path called "Road", or to
any path. Probably it should just be removed. (If not, renamed, and probably a
similar column added for base_time.)
