Follow-up Comment #3, bug #22118 (project freeciv):
I'm afraid these got numbers of flags one too low. Note that "_LAST" counts
too ("_2" through "_7" are named only because they need a name, those names
are not used anywhere, only "_1" and "_LAST" are used in code)
