Reported by Begasus in irq some time ago:
Our desktop and appdata files are installed to a directory with hardcoded path
components. This is not good in general, but specifically in haiku they do not
have "share/" at all.
Attached patch adds configure options --with-desktopdir and --with-appdatadir.
Defaults are unchanged.
